We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at 12917327 Canada Corp. as a key member of our administrative services department.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and Manage Department Operations
Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, including managing the operations of a department providing several administrative services.
Financial Planning and BudgetingAssist in preparing annual budgets, plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies, and collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds and other investments.
Staff Management and DevelopmentDirect and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Supervision and LeadershipSupervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of administrative services.
Security and SafetyEnsure a safe and secure work environment by conducting criminal record checks and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
Transportation and TravelUse own transportation to travel to work and maintain a reliable and efficient transportation system.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesWork in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityExhibit excellent oral communication skills, be organized, a team player, and demonstrate values and ethics.
Screening QuestionsAnswer screening questions, including being legally able to work in Canada, willing to relocate, and having previous experience in the field of employment.
Experience and EducationHave 5 years or more of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
