- Assist in preparing annual budgets and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services and hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments.
- Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets.
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent values and ethics.

- Permanent employment.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
