Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services and hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments.
  • Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent values and ethics.
