About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in maximizing store revenues through effective management of customer accounts and payments past due.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and services to customers.
  • Manage customer accounts, collection activities, and retail operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely payments.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods (asset).
  • Full class driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing.
