Job Title: Roofers Foreman/Woman

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofers Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead and train a team of roofers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
