Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers, apprentices, and labourers
  • Prepare and review production reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
