About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Token Studio Inc. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to achieve project goals.
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Estimate project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
    • Manage sub-contracting and vendor relationships.
  • Design and Creativity
    • Determine the most effective medium and communication vehicle for each project.
    • Establish design guidelines and standards for illustrators and photographers.
    • Develop and refine design concepts, layouts, and visual elements.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment to achieve project objectives.
    • Communicate project plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in graphic design or a related field is an asset.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment
    • 30-40 hours per week.
