About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at TOKEN STUDIO INC. as a key member of our design department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output.
  • Estimate and manage project timelines to deliver graphic designs and illustrations on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual solutions for various mediums.
  • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, including sub-contracting and vendor management.
  • Determine the most effective medium and communication vehicle to achieve desired visual effects.
  • Establish guidelines and standards for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop and prepare concept sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for various projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in graphic design and leadership is highly valued.
