We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at TOKEN STUDIO INC. as a key member of our design department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output.
- Estimate and manage project timelines to deliver graphic designs and illustrations on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual solutions for various mediums.
- Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, including sub-contracting and vendor management.
- Determine the most effective medium and communication vehicle to achieve desired visual effects.
- Establish guidelines and standards for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop and prepare concept sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for various projects.
- Experience in graphic design and leadership is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
