Creative Visual Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team at TOKEN STUDIO INC.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership Role: Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to achieve project goals.
- Project Estimation: Accurately estimate time and resources required to complete graphic designs and illustrations.
- Collaboration: Work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Production Coordination: Oversee all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Subcontracting: Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Visual Strategy: Determine the most effective medium and communication vehicle to achieve desired visual effects.
- Guidelines and Protocols: Establish clear guidelines and protocols for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency and quality.
- Design Development: Prepare and refine sketches, layouts, and graphic elements to meet project objectives.
- Work Environment: Work a regular 30-40 hour week in a dynamic and creative environment.
- Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
