Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse and cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
