Your Role

As an Island Retail Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to achieve revenue goals. You will be responsible for setting the tone for excellent customer service, building strong relationships with guests, and creating a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Collaborate with store managers to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a sales leadership role.
  • 2+ years of management team supervision experience.
  • Familiarity with merchandising and retail visual concepts.
  • Able to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What We Offer:

As an Island Retail Sales Manager, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
