Corporate Lawyer for Employment Law Projects

About the RoleAs a Corporate Lawyer for Employment Law Projects, you will be part of our global employment law team. You will provide expert guidance on employment-related matters in Canada and potentially Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on employment law matters across the employee lifecycle, including statutory compliance and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of employment law services.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employment law topics for clients and business groups.
- Support M&A activities with a focus on employment law aspects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a practicing lawyer in Canada, preferably with in-house or industry-specific expertise.
- A strong track record of providing legal counsel on employment law matters, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders across various regions.
- Proficiency in partnering with clients to provide practical solutions while mitigating risk.
Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
