Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is up to $350,000+, depending on production. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer diverse learning opportunities, including access to local CME programs and hands-on training.
Job DescriptionAs an Associate Dentist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients' oral health to diagnose disease, injury, or decay and planning appropriate treatments.
- Providing comprehensive dental services, including restorations, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
- Tracking patient progress, identifying changes or the progression of dental disease, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Prescribing medications to manage and treat dental conditions effectively.
- Referencing patients to specialists for procedures beyond the scope of general practice.
- Supervising dental hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- A valid state dental license and current certifications.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in various aspects of dentistry.
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
