About the Role

GONG CHA SCARBOROUGH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service excellence.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular stock takes.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize sales opportunities and create an attractive store environment.
  • Monitor and control cash handling procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with sales team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive success.
  • Maintain open communication with management, sharing insights and suggestions to improve store operations and customer experience.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology platforms.
