Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the administrative services of our company, 12917327 Canada Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our administrative department, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve the operations of our administrative services department
- Manage the operations of multiple administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans
- Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
- Collect and analyze financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments
- Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
