Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Collection Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the collection and processing of inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient operations. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels and collection activities
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment and processes
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Co-ordinate and review work with team members
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work under pressure with a large caseload
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Parking available on site
- Permanent full-time position
- 37.5 hours per week
