Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Collection Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the collection and processing of inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient operations. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels and collection activities
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment and resolve any work-related problems
- Co-ordinate and review work assignments, ensuring accuracy and productivity
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve team goals
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
