About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at FOODGOALS INC. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and driving operational excellence.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, establishing objectives for the organization, and formulating or approving policies and programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel occasionally.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a controller or similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Access.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a hybrid work arrangement, 40 hours per week, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
