Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in Service Offerings to join our team at GHD. As a key member of our service development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities and developing strategies to secure mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the creation of service offerings, presentations, and marketing materials that are persuasive and of high quality.
  • Understand technical terminology, project management structures, and sector-specific disciplines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with content providers, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Review RFPs and participate in strategic planning discussions with project managers and technical leads.
  • Organize kick-off meetings for service offerings and manage the creation of content.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Utilize graphic design and project management software to create key visual elements (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Participate in performance reviews and lessons learned discussions.

  • Flexibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and set priorities.
  • Ability to maintain a balanced attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical standards: integrity, reliability, initiative, and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic design, and project management software.
  • Understanding of basic marketing techniques.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 5-8 years of experience in writing; experience in engineering, construction, or professional services is an asset.
