About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Reno Installation Expert Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the supervision of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including carpenters, cabinetmakers, apprentices, trades helpers, and labourers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Management: Estimate costs and materials, and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train workers, and oversee their performance and development.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, with occasional work in industrial and residential settings.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
