Key Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to accommodate clients and colleagues.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure seamless business operations.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year.
