About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of policies and procedures related to record management and data protection.

The successful candidate will also assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, they will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
