We are seeking a Highly Skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
About the JobThis is a permanent full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be required to coordinate the flow of information within the team, evaluate daily operations, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
You will be expected to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
In addition, you will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, overseeing the preparation of reports, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
You will also oversee payroll administration, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask. You should also be a team player, accountable, dependable, and a quick learner.
Furthermore, you should have knowledge of Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, as well as experience working with electronic mail.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required, preferably in a similar industry.
