Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons - Simcoe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of culinary genres.
