Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Simcoe Dairy Queen. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a physically demanding environment
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a wet/damp and hot environment, with exposure to odours.
