Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service
  • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant and staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role
  • Ability to work in a noisy and odorous environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
