Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc., a leading player in the lubricants industry, is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join their team. This temporary full-time position will be based in HF Sinclair and will involve working closely with the Manager Global Inventory Optimization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning replenishment for all bulk and packaged products across 25 storage locations worldwide, ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic inventory planning and supporting growth initiatives in Petro Canada Europe and Petro Canada China.
  • Optimizing international replenishment processes.
  • Main contact for Sales opportunities/concerns in PCE and PCC.
  • Providing backup and project support to the GIO team members.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop implementation plans while coordinating with stakeholders for new purchases, blending, and packaging in China and Europe. You will also lead the weekly operational meeting with PCE, monitor drill mud, PCE, and PCC sales, and adjust plans to meet demands.

A Post-Secondary degree or equivalent consistent with position and career development is required. Relevant experience in distribution, sales & production would be an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
