About the Role

Groupe Polygon is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a strategic role in ensuring our workforce possesses the skills and qualifications required to maintain our position as a leader in our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Committee Oversight: Collaborate with various expert committees to determine priorities and objectives for each sector of our company's activities.
  • LMS Implementation and Administration: Participate in the implementation and administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Training Procedure Development: Recommend and implement necessary changes in training procedures and documentation.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content experts to create training materials that meet established objectives.
  • Training Activity Coordination: Coordinate training activities with vendors, managers, and employees.
  • Compliance Management: Manage training records to ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure compliance with employee training and onboarding records.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or certificate in human resources management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written French (essential) and English (essential).
  • LMS Experience: Experience with an LMS.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
