Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Support the training and development of quality-related skills and knowledge for employees.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues and improve relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), metrology, and ASME Y dimensional tolerances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret dimensional reports (CMM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in French (oral and written) and advanced intermediate level English (oral and written).
