Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide support to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate and review work to ensure high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Setting:

Hotel, motel, resort.

Work Language:

English.

Hours:

35 to 40 hours per week.
