Job Title: Administrative Support III

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support III to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As an Administrative Support III, you will play a critical role in supporting the Stroke and Brain Injury Support and Home Rehabilitation Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with referral management and appointment bookings for Allied Health programs within Connect Care
  • Support payroll, supply ordering, word processing, and other general office duties
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Diploma or certificate in Office/Business Administration or Medical Office Assistant
  • Practical use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel)
  • Connect Care training as Scheduler with Referrals and Template Building
