Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Specialist. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, including providing directions, assisting parents and seniors, and inquiring about the quality of their visit and food.
- Maintain a Clean and Well-Maintained Restaurant: Work with the maintenance and dining room crew to ensure the restaurant remains clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped to meet guests' needs.
- Provide Expert Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise on McDonald's, our history, our menu, and our community involvement, specific to the restaurant.
- Engaging Personality: Possess an engaging, extroverted personality and a customer-focused mentality.
- Service Station Proficiency: Be proficient in-service stations and certified in guest fundamentals.
- Proactive Anticipation: Demonstrate a dedication to increasing the guest experience through proactive anticipation of guests' needs.
- Empowerment: Show the ability and empowerment to step in during guest recovery.
- Prior Hosting Experience: Prior hosting experience is an asset.
