About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Representative. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with guests throughout the restaurant to provide a personalized and memorable dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance and dining room crew to ensure the restaurant remains clean, well-maintained, and equipped to meet guests' needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of McDonald's history, menu, and community involvement to provide expert knowledge to guests
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including assisting with directions, inquiring about their visit and food quality, and stepping in during guest recovery situations
