Keyholder Team Lead

About the Role:
Torrid is a leading fashion retailer that celebrates individuality and self-expression. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with store management to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Set the standard for customer service and sales skills, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers
- Support the management team in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment
- Perform register functions and utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
- Assume responsibility for all store operations when store management is unavailable, acting as a manager on duty
- Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in specialty or apparel retail management, preferably in a similar role with a proven track record of leading teams to success and achieving sales targets
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment, with a focus on staying up-to-date with current trends and fashion
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks such as packing and unpacking shipments, arranging fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds
