Job Description:

We're seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you'll provide top-notch customer service to existing clients and assist new clients with their insurance needs. You'll work closely with our agent and team to meet set goals and contribute to the success of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification in a prompt, accurate, and friendly manner.
  • Sales Support: Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and refer clients to your team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the agent and team to establish and meet set goals.

What Makes You Successful:

  • Service/Sales Experience: A proven track record of meeting service and sales goals/quotas is preferred.
  • Time Management & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Problem-Solving & Microsoft Office: Proactive problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook are required.
  • Self-Motivation & Integrity: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals with strong integrity and ethics are ideal candidates.
  • Licensing: An OTL (Property & Casualty License) is preferred; course and exam fees will be reimbursed after successful completion.
