Learning Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with sector and district leaders to develop learning plans that align with business objectives and drive a culture of continuous learning.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and programs that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Design and deliver content that effectively communicates course objectives and promotes active engagement.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement and achievement.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development COE to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs and anticipate learning needs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development, with a focus on facilitation, training, or teaching.
- Proven experience in creating inclusive learning environments and adapting to diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships and drive results.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
