Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Star House Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.

Requirements
