Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Management

V4U LOGISTIC INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Establish and implement organizational objectives, formulate policies and programs, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Leadership and Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegate authority to ensure effective working conditions.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support organizational initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordination and Representation: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
- Language: English
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
