Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Execution

V4U LOGISTIC INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests and reputation.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of leadership and development.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President who possesses excellent leadership and strategic planning skills. You will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence in execution.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management, with a strong background in strategic planning, leadership development, and team management.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines, and to maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills, with a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for driving business growth and excellence in execution.
