Finance Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Vice-President to join our team at Nova World Group Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and success.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to the finance team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-7 months of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
- Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
