As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will deliver personalized massage experiences that enhance our guests’ state of wellness and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide therapeutic massage and bodywork tailored to guest needs.
  2. Reiterate home care recommendations and retail sales.
  3. Monitor and maintain the physical environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
  4. Strictly enforce the privacy and confidentiality of all guest information.
  5. Effectively handle guest comments and feedback both in person and in writing, with an ability to identify and resolve any concerns.
  6. Follow all health and safety policies and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues; reports safety concerns and hazards immediately.
  7. Understands spaces that are clean, organized and in good repair supports the value that experiences should be as easy as water through fingers.
  8. Completing work processes and checklists seamlessly supports the Spa value that we respect our guest’s inherent desire to be at peace.
  9. Personal communication, interactions and behaviours support the Spa value that everyone is welcome and everyone is equal.

Education & Experience

  1. Graduate from an accredited School of massage.
  2. Registered and in good standing as a massage therapist in Alberta.
  3. Minimum of one-year work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
  4. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
