We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Content Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and moderating engaging content across various social media platforms in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies to increase engagement and participation across social media channels.
  • Monitor and moderate comments, ensuring a positive and safe online community experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media content creation and moderation.
Requirements
  • Native fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Japanese, or Thai.
  • Residency in Canada.
  • Professional experience in content creation, moderation, and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.
