About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at Metalcor. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-44 hours per week.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock movements.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and maintain progress reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain operations

Compensation and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
