Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Artistic Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of outdoor spaces, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including landscaping and hardscaping projects
  • Estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, walls, and other outdoor features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform project planning and execution
  • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
  • Establish and communicate work schedules and procedures to team members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service. As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 11-15 staff members, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
