We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QSR Food Services Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a QSR Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of national brands and proprietary Aramark brands at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with Food Service Director on matters related to hiring, layoffs, and terminations.
- Meet targets for top-line revenue, food costs, and labor costs for all locations.
- Manage and train supervisors, and follow up on their performance.
- Develop and maintain a training schedule for new promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and revenue standards.
- Maintain safety standards at the location.
- Handle staff questions and concerns, and work with the Food Service Director on disciplinary actions.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Franchisee District Managers for store-related training, promotions, and support.
- Maintain proper payroll procedures.
- Ensure a quality service is provided to all guests.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Excel at task delegation and work planning.
- Able to organize, compose, and review daily financial reports.
- Manage operational standards and team members.
- Experience in scheduling, staff positioning, and conflict resolution.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Previous experience in Quick Service, Clearview an asset.
- Friendly and outgoing.
- Positive attitude.
- Previous management experience required.
- Food Safe certification preferred.
Range: $50,000 - $65,000.
