  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and ensure that our team is working efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
