About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at ED Tech Solutions Inc. in a key role that will drive industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development

Develop and implement policies that promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Program Administration

Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, including developing and implementing strategies to attract new businesses and investments.

Development Project Planning

Plan and develop projects that promote economic growth and industrial development in rural and urban areas.

Enquiry Response

Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities in rural and urban areas.

Social and Economic Profiling

Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage industrial and commercial investment.

Market Research

Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

Social and Economic Surveys

Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends.

Proposal Review and Evaluation

Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals.

Market Research Questionnaires

Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects.

Customer Service Evaluation

Evaluate customer service and store environments.

Online Marketing

Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions.

Business Planning

Develop and implement business plans.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Language

English.

Hours

40 hours per week.
