About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Windows Ltd. as a Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development

Develop and implement policies that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Project Planning

Plan and coordinate development projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.

Market Research

Conduct market research to develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage industrial and commercial investment.

Marketing Materials

Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote the company's products and services.

Customer Service

Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure they meet the company's standards.

Feasibility Studies

Develop and conduct feasibility studies to identify potential business opportunities.

Digital Marketing

Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Database Management

Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell internet sites.

Business Strategy

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Compliance

Ensure that all business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Business Planning

Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

Other trades certificate or diploma.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
