About the Role:
The General Manager is responsible for leading a team of Department Managers and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical guest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, team members, and yourself.
- Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver a great customer experience.
- Participate in local events that positively impact your community.
- Uphold our renowned cleanliness methodology and build sales and profits.
Your Qualifications:
- Previous management experience working in the fast food service is mandatory for this role.
- Lead by example and are accountable, with high expectations and consistently raising the bar for yourself and your team.
- Assess and problem-solve with confidence, putting people before profit.
