About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Lakeside Process Controls. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our full cycle recruitment process and ensuring that our hiring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet our hiring needs.
  • Hiring Intake Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to complete the hiring intake process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to secure the best candidates.
  • Onboarding: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and set them up for success in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
